Welcome to PURGE (the “Software”) provided by Purge Recoil (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our Software and any related services, content, or websites (collectively, the “Service”). By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use our Software or Service.

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have the permission of a legal guardian to use our Software. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Our Software is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with the game. Any references to the game are purely for descriptive purposes. All product and company names are trademarks™ or registered® trademarks of their respective holders. Use of them does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by them.

License Grant: Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software on one device per license key, solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

License Restrictions: You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
• Sell, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Software or license keys to any third party.
• Bypass, circumvent, or attempt to circumvent any technical protection measures in the Software.
• Use the Software to violate any law, regulation, or third-party rights, including the Rust user agreement or any anti-cheat policies.
• Use the Software in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service or violate the integrity of our systems.

License Keys: To access the Software, you must purchase a license key that grants you the right to use the Software for the duration indicated (e.g., one week, one month, or lifetime).

Pricing: All prices, payment terms, and discounts (if any) for purchasing license keys are described on our website. We reserve the right to change these prices at any time without prior notice.

Payment Processing: Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. We are not responsible for any errors or issues that arise from the payment process. By making a purchase, you agree to abide by the terms of the payment provider.

We may provide updates, patches, or new releases for the Software to maintain compatibility and enhance security or functionality. You agree to install such updates promptly. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice.

You acknowledge and understand that use of third-party software (including this Software) in a manner that violates Rust’s or any other game’s terms of service may result in suspensions, bans, or penalties imposed by the respective game developer or service. We bear no responsibility for any such outcomes, and no refunds will be provided for bans or account-related disputes.

All intellectual property rights in and to the Software, including any accompanying materials, documentation, or artwork, remain owned by the Company or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in or to any intellectual property rights other than the limited license granted above.

You agree not to remove, obscure, or alter any copyright or other proprietary notices contained in the Software.

THE SOFTWARE AND SERVICE ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNDETECTABLE, ERROR-FREE, FREE FROM INTERRUPTIONS OR SECURITY VULNERABILITIES, OR THAT IT WILL WORK WITH YOUR SYSTEM WITHOUT ISSUES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR ACCOUNT BANS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE LICENSE.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, and their respective officers, agents, partners, and employees from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees resulting from your use of the Software or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license to use the Software at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, you must cease using the Software and destroy any copies in your possession.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes or claims arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting an updated version on our website. Continued use of the Software after such posting constitutes your consent to the updated Terms.

Our Software may interact with third-party platforms or tools (for example, cloud gaming platforms like Nvidia GeForce Now or payment gateways). We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or security of any third-party service and make no representations or warranties about their functionality or reliability. Any use of third-party tools is at your sole discretion and risk, and you agree to abide by each third-party’s respective terms and policies.

By installing or using our Software, you confirm that your actions do not violate any laws, regulations, or rules in your local jurisdiction. You assume full responsibility for understanding whether the possession or use of third-party scripts or macros is legal in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to restrict access to the Software if we believe your use may violate any applicable laws.

We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance to the extent caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, power failures, internet disruptions, governmental actions, labor disputes, or war (“Force Majeure Events”). If a Force Majeure Event occurs, our obligations are suspended until the event ceases.

We may provide Discord channels, live chat, or other community forums for support and discussion. While we moderate these channels to some extent, we are not responsible for user-generated content, including any advice, statements, or links posted by community members. We reserve the right to remove any content or user from these platforms at our discretion, without notice, for any conduct that we deem inappropriate.

From time to time, we may make certain experimental or beta features available. These features are provided on a trial basis and may be modified or removed at our sole discretion. We make no guarantees regarding the stability or functionality of such features, and your use is at your own risk.

You acknowledge that any modifications to your system, device settings, or hardware to accommodate the Software is at your own discretion and risk. We make no representations regarding the suitability of your device or gaming environment, and will not be liable for any damage, data loss, or reduced performance that may result from your configuration changes.

While we strive to keep the Software updated and compatible with new game versions and system updates, we do not guarantee long-term support or adaptation to future versions of Rust or other third-party software. Ongoing compatibility may be impacted by changes or updates introduced by game developers or operating systems, and we reserve the right to discontinue updates at any time. This means that the Lifetime key, in the context of Software access, it means “For the entire period during which the Software is supported.” No refunds will be provided for any expenses incurred on the Software if support is discontinued or if the supporting services are terminated.

These Additional Legal Notices and Disclaimers supplement, and form part of, the existing Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. In the event of any conflict between these Notices and the aforementioned policies, the previously established Terms, Privacy, and Refund provisions shall govern. However, each document should be interpreted to give the fullest effect to all valid disclaimers, notices, and provisions stated.

We offer license keys for our Software (PURGE) that grant you access to use its features for a defined period or lifetime. By purchasing a license key, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

Instant Delivery: Once your payment is confirmed, your license key is typically sent instantly to the email address you provided during checkout.

No Refunds: Because the product is delivered and activated immediately, all sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds once the license key has been issued and activated.

Misuse or Ban: We do not offer refunds if your gaming account is banned or penalized due to use of the Software. Use of third-party scripts can violate game policies, and you assume all associated risks.

Technical Issues: If you experience genuine technical problems preventing you from using the Software at all, and our support team cannot resolve the issue even with your full cooperation, we may evaluate your situation for a potential partial or full refund, at our sole discretion. To be eligible, you must:

• Provide evidence of all recommended troubleshooting steps taken.

If we suspect any fraudulent payment, fraudulent use of the Software, or other abuse of this Refund Policy, we reserve the right to refuse any refunds, revoke your license, and ban you from future purchases.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. If we make material changes, we will post the updated policy on our website. Your continued use of the Software after any such changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Refund Policy.
